Daughter of Eaton Ray and Nancy Thompson

Leby Leona Heckerson Johnson passed away Monday, May 10, 1999,at the St. Peters Care Center in St. Peters, Mo. She was 94. Funeral services were held this morning at 10 o'clock Friday May 14,at McDaniel Chapel in Senth,Mo. with Rev. Larry McClaty officiating and Rev. Bill Burton assisting. Burial was held at McGrew Cemetary in Senath with McDaniel Funeral Service, Inc. of Senath in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Johnson was born the daughter of the late Eaton Ray and Nancy Thompson on November 13, 1904 in Clifton,TN. She married Hurshel Hickerson. He preceded her in death. She married Horace Johnson. He preceded her in death May 28,1995. Survivors include one son, Hillard Hickerson, of Libourn,Mo. four daughters, Shirley Henderson and Barbara Sue Mantei, both of St. Charles,Mo., Marie McClarty of Libourn,Mo. and Pearl Johnson of Sedalia,Mo. 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Robnell Hickerson and Mary Magelean; and also 21 brothers and sisters.
