Estate Settlement Case # 73

Complainant, J.A. HOLT, executor of Hugh TURNBO, dec'd, against Mary Ann Turnbo, Louisa Jane Holt, formerly Louisa Jane Turnbo; William Claburn Turnbo; Mary Ann Turnbo; Nannie Turnbo; and Hugh Bettie Turnbo; all residents of Wayne Co.

Complainant would show that Hugh TURNBO departed this life in 187-, he left surviving him his widow, defendant Mary Ann Turnbo and the other defendants his children, all minors, defendant Louisa Jane Holt is the wife of Complainant. The William Claburn is about 15 years of age, Mary Ann, about 13, Hugh Bettie about 6 years, and Nannie Turnbo is an infant of about 2 years. Testator was not himself able to do manual labor for many years prior his death. Said defendant, Nannie, having been born since the Will was written is a legatee and entitled to take under the will alike, with the heirs mentioned, though not mentioned in the will.
